Shipping & Return Information

Times and shipping costs


All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from the order date, while delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that the available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country. Additionally, you cannot modify the delivery option after placing the order.

Shipping times may be delayed due to holidays. Nonetheless, products will be delivered within 30 calendar days, as required by law. In case of issues or non-receipt of your order, please contact Supportasia@subdued.com within 30 days from shipment to receive assistance. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee a refund and/or reshipment.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country. Once a specific threshold is reached (subject to change by country), you will be eligible for free shipping, but only if you choose the Standard shipping option.

  • South Korea:  KRW 3000 / free over KRW 120,000 

We remind you that, in case you decide to customize the delivery of your order through ODD and/or authorize the courier to deliver the package without a signature for receipt and to leave it unattended (e.g., mailbox, garden, outside the front door, etc.), we are not responsible for any theft and/or loss of the package, and in any case, we cannot guarantee a refund or a new shipment.

If the package shows clear signs of tampering at the time of delivery by the courier, it is advisable to accept the delivery "with reservation". Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of any claims reported at a later time.

Times and return costs

All orders can be returned within 10 days from the dispatch date by sending a return request email to supportasia@subdued.com. Please note that returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags properly attached.

Once the return request has been submitted, you will have an additional 7 days for the package to physically arrive at our Seoul store (see address below). After this period, we may not be able to guarantee a refund.

Return times and costs may vary depending on the selected return method. In addition, returns cannot be shipped from a country different from the one where the original order was delivered.

Standard Return

Once your return has been delivered to our Seoul store (see address below), we will process the return in 2 to 5 working days. 

By choosing to return your order via shipping, you agree to pay the shipping cost.
